Happy Winter Solstice!

Happy Winter Solstice! I wish you all joy and peace this holiday season. Honoring the winter solstice today is a beautiful way to feel interconnected with Mother Nature and her everlasting cycles of change. As we move into the cold winter, we can trust that spring will come again. As I walked with my dog this morning, I felt comfort and a sense of being lovingly held within the reliability of these cycles of nature's seasons.

Whatever phase of life you find yourself in now, remember the blessing of the inevitability of change. When we allow the flow of cycles in our lives, it gives us permission to surrender to the present moment with grace and non-attachment.

I'm taking more personal time in the coming two weeks for self-reflection, meditation, devotional time with God, and creative expression. I also plan to do a jigsaw puzzle and bake more Christmas cookies. Oh, how I'm looking forward to it! :)

May you all do what makes your heart sing this holiday season. Merry Christmas. Happy (belated) Hanukkah. Happy New Year. Happy Pagan Winter Solstice. And everything in between.

With inner warmth,

Kelley
